The National Defence Academy (NDA) Examinations is an entrance examination organized at the all India level by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for recruiting personnel for the Army, Navy and Air Force of the National Defence Academy. The NDA examinations are held twice a year, normally in the month of April and September and successful candidates are required to undergo training in NDA for a period of 3 years.
The National Defence Academy is unique in the sense that it offers the inductees one of the following degrees once they complete their 3 years of training: B.A. B.Sc, Graduate in Computer Science
Those who join the technical disciplines are awarded graduate and postgraduate degrees and that too from the best institutes of technology in the country. If the candidates are fortunate enough to be chosen for the Defense Services Staff College, a Master of Science Degree in Defence and Strategic Studies is conferred on them.
Once a candidate successfully qualifies in the NDA entrance examination, he should indicate his choice of preference for the academy he wishes to join i.e. either the National Defence Academy or the Naval Academy. If NDA is the choice, the candidate should choose either the Army or the Navy or the Air Force.

To get a degree in law you do not need any specific subject at +2 level. It is advisable to prepare for the five year law programme, for which admission is through an entrance test. Students are tested on G.K, English and aptitude for legal studies. The test has objective type multiple choice questions as well as short answer question. Alternatively you could also do Graduation with LLB.
